Brook McClean - Occupational Therapy Assistant
Brooke has been apart of the Australian Disability Services team since 2021. Brooke is a 4th Year Occupational Therapy student studying at the Australian Catholic University, she hopes to graduate mid 2023. She has experience from placement in fields such as pediatrics and pediatric handwriting skills, rehabilitation, mental health and wheelchair manual handling. Brooke has also completed placements in the public hospital sector giving her a range of experience.
Brooke brings a holistic approach to her therapy, focusing on clients strengths to empower them. Brooke also is equipped with using various standardized assessments and prioritizing evidence based practice within her therapy sessions. Brooke works closely and collaboratively with clients to achieve their specific goals and motivate them to uphold them.
