Elvan works with children and adults to develop their speech, language and communication skills, as well as support individuals with swallowing disorders.

Elvan is a Speech Pathologist who graduated from the University of Sydney in 2015, with prior extensive experience in child education. She works with children and adults to develop their speech, language and communication skills, as well as support individuals with swallowing disorders. Elvan’s clinical philosophy is influenced by a holistic, client centered approach, and she considers her clients and their families as her partners in reaching a common goal.

Elvan has a particular interest in disability, and has gained clinical experience in this area during her time at several organisations specialising in disability. She believes that being able to communicate is a fundamental human right, to which all people are entitled. She promotes self-advocacy by helping her clients empower themselves through communication.
